ZB777 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZB777 online gaming platform ("Platform"), including all services, features and content made available through it. The Platform is operated by ZB777 ("the Operator", "we", "us" or "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager on ZB777, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

To register and maintain an Account on ZB777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any business, syndicate or other entity.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended ZB777 Account under any name, email address or identity document.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director or close family member of ZB777 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processors where participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You have not been self-excluded or excluded under a third-party responsible gambling scheme that applies to the Platform.
• All registration information you provide is truthful, accurate and current.

Registration of an Account requires you to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are responsible for ensuring this information remains up to date at all times.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Only one Account per person is permitted. Attempting to open additional accounts — including through different email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, devices or household members — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ZB777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.

4.3 Account Currency. Upon registration you will select your account currency. ZB777 supports Pakistani Rupee (PKR) and other currencies as listed in the cashier. Currency selection is permanent following the first deposit and cannot be changed retroactively.

4.4 Account Closure by User. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding real-money balance that has satisfied all wagering and verification requirements will be returned to you via a verified withdrawal method.

ZB777 is required to verify the identity and address of all Users before processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, at other stages of account activity. The KYC process may require submission of the following:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo identification such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or similar document confirming your residential address, dated within the past three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot confirming ownership of the payment method used to deposit, such as a mobile wallet account confirmation or bank statement.
• Source of Funds: In cases where large or unusual transactions are identified, ZB777 may request documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds deposited.

ZB777 reserves the right to temporarily restrict or suspend an Account pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in permanent Account closure.

6.1 Deposits. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered to another individual — are prohibited and may trigger an account review. ZB777 does not accept deposits in cash or cryptocurrency unless expressly stated in the cashier.

6.2 Payment References. For Pakistani users, familiar local payment options including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be referenced in the cashier for context. Actual availability, minimum deposit amounts (denominated in PKR where applicable) and processing times are determined by the operator and relevant payment providers. None of these providers endorse, affiliate with or support ZB777 or gambling activity.

6.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being met:

• KYC verification is complete and satisfactory.
• No active wagering requirement applies to the balance being withdrawn.
• The withdrawal method is the same as the deposit method used (where technically possible).
• The minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected method has been met.
• No active security review, fraud investigation or Account restriction is in place.

6.4 Processing Times. ZB777 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe published in the cashier section. Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the payment provider. ZB777 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ZB777 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts as specified in the cashier, provided that applicable law permits such a charge. The balance will never be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

ZB777 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentive schemes from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer.

7.1 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion schedule before any portion of the resulting balance may be withdrawn. Where a deposit bonus is offered, the combined deposit and bonus amount may be subject to the stated wagering requirement unless otherwise specified.

7.2 Minimum Odds. Bonus-funded wagers on sports markets may be subject to a minimum odds threshold (e.g., 1.50 or higher per selection). Wagers placed below the minimum odds threshold will not contribute toward wagering requirement completion.

7.3 Game Contributions. Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published in the general bonus terms and may vary by game category. Sports betting, live casino and slots may carry different contribution percentages.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account balance automatically.

7.5 Abuse Prevention. ZB777 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds, winnings derived from bonus play, or both, where it determines — at its reasonable discretion — that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, matched betting in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.

7.6 One Bonus Per Person. Each User is entitled to claim each promotion once only, subject to the specific promotion terms. Bonuses may not be combined unless expressly stated.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets. ZB777 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet or wager at its discretion, including where it suspects an error in odds, system malfunction, fraud or market manipulation. Bets are only accepted once confirmed by the Platform and a confirmation reference is issued.

8.2 Palpable Errors. If a bet is accepted due to a manifest or obvious error in pricing, odds or market configuration (a "palpable error"), ZB777 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount. ZB777 is not obligated to honour winnings arising from palpable errors.

8.3 Cricket & Sports Markets. Cricket betting — including PSL, ICC World Cup, bilateral series and other tournaments — is subject to sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook. In-play markets are settled in accordance with official match results. Abandoned matches, Duckworth–Lewis–Stern (DLS) method results and weather-affected outcomes are governed by the applicable sport rule set.

8.4 Casino Games. All casino games, including slots, live dealer games and table games, are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics as applicable. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over extended play periods and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8.5 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a technical disconnection during a game round or live bet, the outcome will be determined by the state of the game at the point of disconnection, in accordance with each game provider's specific disconnection policy. ZB777 does not accept liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the User's side.

ZB777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing Users with the tools necessary to maintain control over their gaming activity. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be viewed as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

9.1 Player Controls. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on the amount that can be deposited.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the net loss permitted within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session duration controls that automatically end a gaming session when the limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications reminding you of the time elapsed during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (minimum 6 weeks) or permanent exclusion from the Platform, during which deposits are blocked and marketing communications cease.

9.2 Minors Protection. ZB777 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 18 (or the higher applicable minimum). We strongly recommend that account holders use parental controls and internet filtering tools to prevent minors from accessing gambling content.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ZB777 Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration, KYC or any other stage of account management.
• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under another identity.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any other game where such collusion distorts the outcome.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or system errors to gain an unfair advantage; such gains are void and subject to recovery.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft or financial crime using the Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or account closure measures.
• Systematically abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner that exploits the Operator rather than constituting genuine recreational play.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing ZB777 staff or other Users in any communication channel.

All content on the ZB777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game content and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of ZB777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material on the Platform.

The ZB777 name, logo and all related product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of ZB777. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of ZB777.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZB777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

ZB777's total cumulative liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ZB777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and factors beyond ZB777's control may result in temporary unavailability. ZB777 will endeavour to minimise such disruptions where possible.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

ZB777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ZB777 will notify registered Users by posting a notice on the Platform or sending a notification to the registered email address associated with your Account.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Operator holds its applicable gaming licence, to the extent that such law is consistent with these Terms.

14.1 Complaints Procedure. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of ZB777's service, you should contact our support team in the first instance. ZB777 will aim to acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days.

14.2 Escalation. If a complaint cannot be resolved through ZB777's internal procedure, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under the Operator's applicable gaming licence, where such a body is available.

14.3 Pakistan-Specific Notice. These Terms do not constitute a submission to Pakistani jurisdiction or an acknowledgment that Pakistani law applies to this Platform. It remains your personal responsibility to understand and comply with applicable local laws.
